SIP (Student Induction Program)

DDGDVC School of Management conducts a 14-days Student Induction Programme which is known as ‘VIDHYARAMBH’. Students come with diverse thoughts, backgrounds and preparations. It is important to assist them to adjust in the new environment and inculcate in them the ethos of the institution with a sense of larger purpose. Keeping the above thought in mind DDGDVC SOM proposes a 14 Days induction program for the first year MBA students entering the institution before the commencement of normal classes which will start only after the induction program is over. Its purpose is to make the students feel comfortable in their new environment, set a healthy daily routine, create bonding in the batch as well as between faculty in the department, develop awareness, sensitivity, understanding of the self and society at large.
